AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

To start your solar journey, we will work with you to design and customize a system that best fits your needs. signed quote followed by a site survey & lastly a Solar Contract will be required before moving the project to the next phase. At this time we will also work with you to determine the payment structure depending on your preference to a cash or loan option. In the next phase we will implement the invoicing structure, material purchase, interconnection applications (if applicable), and project scheduling.

SITE ASSESSMENT

Upon quote approval, our site assessor will coordinate a site survey on your property to verify that home and/or property conditions are as anticipated and no changes to system design or additional materials will be required to begin the installation. Our site assessor will schedule a time to work with you on-site personally during the assessment.

SYSTEM DESIGN & CLIENT SIGN OFF

Once the site survey has been completed, our in-house design team will render the final drawings for your system. These drawings will be NEC code compliant as well as within the regulatory bounds that may be imposed by your City and/or HOA. The final documents will be sent for your review and signature, including the Solar Contract. Upon both parties signing the contract, the invoicing structure will be implemented.

INTERCONNECTION & PERMIT APPROVALS

After executing the contract, we move into the application submittal phase. We will submit on your behalf the required interconnection application (if applicable) and permitting documents (if applicable).

PROJECT SCHEDULING

After your project has been approved by the required entities, we will reach out to you for project scheduling and timeline details. We work with each of our clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure that the install period is as convenient as possible for your schedule. However please note that our schedule is very weather dependent.

INSPECTIONS & PERMISSION TO OPERATE (PTO)

Upon completion of installation our office team will reach out to schedule any required inspections for your system. After your system has passed all required inspections, we will then complete any final system commissioning and walk you through any operation details of your installed equipment.

SYSTEM MONITORING

Once the system has been fully energized, and final invoice has been paid, you will receive an email with the information needed to monitor your system. No need to deal with the hassle of setting up an account on your own! We will do all the footwork for you in order to ensure your transition to solar system owner is a smooth and clear process.

Your system has now been fully commissioned thus commencing your warranty period. We look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent service and answers to any of your solar related questions. During the warranty period, our team will consistently provide remote monitoring and care for your system so you don't have to. Now you can just start reaping the benefits that solar has to offer!
